This ultra-light foam core incorporates fiber glass laminate, allowing for direct access to efficient energy transmission as well as effortless kick which makes for top performance in skate skiing. With a slightly softer flex, these skis are ideal for a recreational skate skier looking to advance to a more technical skier. Less rigid with a lightweight construction gives you a minimalist feel that provides extra energy and responsiveness, especially when picking up speed. With a 44/34/44 sidecut, you achieve more vigor with each stride, delivering maximum power and control directly to your ski. The thin ply carbon material used throughout the ski provides excellent torsional rigidity, leaving you with a particularly sturdy ski without the extra weight. Mohair skin patches provide exceptional grip and silent glide in all conditions, no grip wax needed! The Ski comes with the Salomon PSP (Prolink Shift Plate) binding plate. They fit the Salomon Prolink Shift Pro binding (NNN Compatible, sold separately). The Hard version is suitable for skiers 205-230. The X-Hard is for someone 220-240lbs-ish.
